Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette
Prep time: 5 minutes
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
Dash herbes de Provence
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until creamy. Serve
on a salad or steamed veggies.
Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
Dash herbes de Provence
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until creamy. Serve
with your favorite salad or steamed veggies.
